$50 if payment received after the 5th day of the month (unless the 5th day falls on a Sunday or Holiday) All late payments must be paid by cashiers check or money order only.

Rent can be paid in person at the rental office during business hours or conveniently through our RentCafe Resident Portal.
Here at Pinecreek Apartments we are a month-to-month complex. There is no minimum lease term so you may have the flexibility of whatever/wherever life takes you. Residents’ rental amounts are reviewed every 12 months.
If a new resident age 18 or older moves in, the new resident and all remaining residents must fill out an application and qualify according to income, credit and criminal standards. If a roommate moves out, all remaining residents will need to re-qualify according to income, credit and criminal standards.

Yes, a resident may submit a Reasonable Accommodation Request for an Assistance Animal for review. See the reasonable Accommodation Request Form
No. We are a non-smoking community and do not allow smoking in apartments or anywhere on the property.
Yes, all apartments come with one parking permit/assigned carport. One additional parking permit will be issued if there is a second license driver on the rental agreement. Maximum of 2 parking permits per apartment.
Yes. There are four laundry facilities located throughout our property, for resident use only. The machines are maintained & managed by WASH Laundry.
All service/maintenance requests can be submitted by phone, email or through the RentCare Resident portal.
An emergency is any issue that poses an immediate threat to health, safety, property, or essential services and requires urgent attention to prevent further damage or danger.
